Misconduct
You may be disciplined for misconduct, including but not limited to the following:
Insubordination.
Dishonesty, including giving false or misleading information in the job application process, falsifying time records or otherwise giving incorrect information regarding time worked, or any other Bahadourian Protections, Inc. report or record, including but not limited to claims for injury.
Theft, including stealing or removing without permission, Association property or property of another employee, client, visitor or member of the public.
Misusing, destroying or removing Bahadourian Protections, Inc. or client property or property of another person, including improper use of the telephone for personal reasons.
Bringing or possessing firearms, weapons, or other hazardous or dangerous devices or substances onto the client’s property or that of Bahadourian Protections, Inc.
Violating conflict of interest rules or conducting personal business on paid working time.
Disclosing or using confidential or proprietary information without authorization.
Interfering with the work performance of others.
Fighting on company or clients property.
Harassing, threatening, intimidating or coercing employees, clients or the public.
Possessing, using, selling or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances on the job site or while conducting Bahadourian Protections, Inc. business.
Gambling on company premises or that of our client while on company business.
Sleeping on the job or leaving the job site without authorization.
Engaging in unlawful conduct that indicates unfitness of the job or reasonably raises a threat to the safety or well-being of Bahadourian Protections, Inc., its employees, clients property and employees or members of the public or anything which reflects negatively on the services provided by Bahadourian Protections, Inc., reputation or integrity.
Failing immediately to report any conviction under any criminal drug statute for a violation occurring in the workplace.
Posting or distributing notices or other written material on Bahadourian Protections, Inc. or client property, job site without the prior Bahadourian Protections, Inc. management approval, or otherwise soliciting for any purposes other than as approved by the President or Vice-President.
Knowingly giving inaccurate or unauthorized information when communicating with the public regarding client or Bahadourian Protections, Inc. related matters.
Promulgating, in the eyes of the public, an ambiance of disrespect for Bahadourian Protections, Inc. or any of its clients so as to impugn the integrity of Bahadourian Protections, Inc., our clients, and police agencies.
