“At Will” Employment

Employment at Bahadourian Protections, Inc. is considered to be “At Will” for both employer and employee and should not be construed as guaranteeing employment for any specific duration. “At Will” means employee may voluntarily terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason and Bahadourian Protections, Inc. retains the same right.

No one at Bahadourian Protections, Inc. other than the President has the authority to alter this policy or make any other agreement contrary to this policy. In the event there is an agreement made between an employee and the president, the agreement must be signed by both the president and the employee.
