Liability

• Employee is liable for any and all damage to property belonging to Bahadourian Protections, Inc., client, client employee, that employee damages or causes to be damaged

• Employees entrusted with keys or access codes are responsible for the replacement of locks and keys upon loss or misplacement. Employees are not permitted to lend out keys or other access controls unless authorized by Bahadourian Protections, Inc. or client management.
