New Hire Probationary Period

Bahadourian Protections, Inc. carefully recruits officers and believes in hiring the best employee for our company and that of our client. The purpose of your probationary period is to give you and Bahadourian Protections, Inc. a chance to determine whether we meet each other’s needs and expectations regarding employment. It is important to remember that employment is at mutual consent of both parties and you may resign or be terminated by us with or without cause, at any time during or after your probationary period.

Due to the nature of contract security work, Bahadourian Protections, Inc. cannot and will not guarantee the number of hours available, the number of hours an employee may be scheduled for or the locations of the assignments.
